Tolerance is the appreciation of diversity and the ability to live and let others live. It is the ability to exercise a fair and objective attitude towards those whose opinions, practices, religion, nationality and so on differ from one's own.
5 ways.
1. make sure everyone has equal time to say how they feel and what they want.
2. hear the different things people want to change.
3. establish a time when these changes can be made so people can have more of a free relationship with each other.
4. be on your own for a little bit then go back to were people are and see if the situation gets better.
5. respect everyone .
